| Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative inquiry is a way of discovering and further processing of successful business management experiences to activate the positive energy contained in them. Out of a larger group participants will team up in pairs to interview each other and help one another to unearth positive memories that had been all but forgotten because of too much focussing on workplace hassles.
Building on those memories, David Cooperrider und Suresh Srivastva, inventors of appreciative inquiry, have participants dream, design and finally deliver the solution to bring about the desired organisational development.
